PAPIMI being an electrotherapeutic device, at the beginning, we
did not wish to undertake the risk and to refer to some extraordinary findings which turns upside down
classical physics and its Dogmas, concerning Gravity, conservation of
Energy - top secrets, SR and GR. In particular, we decided to make these
findings known first here for two main reasons.
1. Professor Pappas has no need for more Academic credentials, which require
"peer reviewed" publications - or better "secret agencies reviewed" publications -
also patent applications officially undergo scurrility and screening with
possible censorship by law in the name of "national security" in most western
countries
2. Recalling the reticulation, the suppression
( 1 ) and the attacks against
Russian scientist Eugene Podkletnov
who recently found similar effects, instead of encouraging relevant research
for the benefit of Mankind, Podkletnov
was suppressed.
PAPIMI 'S ANTIGRAVITY EFFECT
A loss of weight in the order of 0.5 to 1.5% was measured
for small objects in the range of 200 grams,
exposed for 10 minutes to PAPIMI. Objects regained gradually their original
weight usually after 48 hours. This fact of regaining of weight was also
convincing that the loss was not an artifact or error of the measurements. These
finding surpass the Podkletnov Effect of Antigravity....
According to Einstein's General Relativity's Principle of Equivalence which in
effect states that the weight of an objects in a locality is equivalent to an
accelerated locality without gravity but with an acceleration g equal to the
intensity to that of gravity. In other words, if we are a standing in stationary
elevator which is located in a gravitational field with intensity g, then a
gravity weight W is exerted on us. An acceleration weight of the same magnitude
W would be exerted, if the elevator was located away from a gravitational
field, but the elevator was accelerated with constant acceleration g. Please,
note gravity intensity has the same dimensions as acceleration. So we can speak
the same time as the acceleration g or the gravity intensity g, which cause also
the same force effect. This is in essence the Principle of Equivalence, the
basis of Einstein's General Theory of Relativity.
As a matter of fact, the weight W of an object is W=mg, that
is equal to its mass times the intensity g of the gravitational field or its
mass times the intensity of acceleration g of its locality (accelerating
elevator with acceleration g in the absence of gravitation of intensity g or
a standing elevator in gravity g, is the same)
Therefore, the weight W of a body in a locality is always W=mg
and can not be changed, if their mass remains invariant.
THEREFORE, ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL THEORY
OF RELATIVITY OF EINSTEIN, CHANGING THE WEIGHT W ONLY OF A
PARTICULAR BODY, IN THE SAME LOCALITY WITH AN INVARIANT MASS, IS
IMPOSSIBLE.
ACCORDING TO GENERAL RELATIVITY
ANTIGRAVITY OR ANY GRAVITY OR ANTIGRAVITY EFFECTS FOR SOME OBJECTS, IS IMPOSSIBLE BY DEFINITION,
AS ALL GRAVITY IS DUE TO A COMMON ACCELERATION OF A LOCALITY EQUAL TO THE
INTENSITY OF GRAVITY, COMMON TO ALL OBJECTS IN THE LOCALITY.
GENERAL RELATIVITY IS A PROHIBITING THEORY,
PRESUMABLY ALLOWING TO KNOW GRAVITY, BUT PROHIBITING ANY MANIPULATION OF
GRAVITY.

The following precautions in the measurements were taken against effects of

atmospheric buoyancy
magnetic fields
electrical fields
changes in the volume of the objects
other influences on the balances which
were always tested with prototype weights before and after measurements.
changes in temperature
changes in humidity
changes in the atmospheric pressure
position of the moon
time of the day, season
local environmental activity
city activity
conditions of weather
The measurements were carried over several years. .

PAPIMI BLOWS SPECIAL RELATITY'S E = mc2 See disregard E = mc2
By a minimum of 20% measured in the head of the probe
submerged in a thermally insulated oil bath- calorimeter, previously well
calibrated for its Joule/degree thermal capacity. This excess energy, we found
experimentally is due to VHF and
UHF oscillations of the plasma in the spark chamber, using an arc of
particular length, exhibiting real negative resistance and giving out extra
energy 20%, instead of absorbing energy as conventionally expected. This
high frequencies cannot be practically rectified to dc quantitatively by
ordinary rectifiers. So, we cannot practically rectify and recycle this extra
energy. It remains as heat to the system. So PAPIMI does not practically become
a perpetual energetic device without external supply of electrical power.
This over unit finding was confirmed over several years of measurements.
The above two experiments can be demonstrated to any one and to any
authority .

The next strange experiment is inspired by the experiment of
J.G. Gallimore First International Symposium on Conventional Energy and Technology
(PAGE 1987) entitled Energy and Gravity, which consisted of a capacitor C and a
resistor R and the way C was charged via the resistance R in the presence of a
crystal. Our experiment is a small variation of Gallimore's, consisting of the
same RC connected to the integrated chip 555, so that to produce RC
oscillations which was changing in the presence of a crystal from a distance of
10 cm within 10 minutes, and oscillations were recovered again after the removal
of the crystal again in about 10 minutes. The experiment is not using the PAPIMI
device but part of the circuitry of it. N O CONVENTIONAL EXPLANATION OF IT
EXISTS. It seems that crystal stone posses a field that reduce the coulomb
forces i.e. reduces the charge hold by the capacitor, i.e. reduces the
capacitance of the capacitor. Because this phenomenon is possessed by other
massive bodies, it is very fundamental and unknown for electrogravity beyond
Einstein. More details will appear as we shall explore the phenomenon more.
